No it’s time for cover art, mastering and pressing and all the stuff that goes into the manufacture of a CD.

We’re very excited to be able to share this collection of songs with our friends. There are songs from Al, Bob and Uncle Charlie. And between the three songwriters, vocals, guitars, keyboards, percussion, bass and some other instruments are covered. There are also musical contributions from Rick Cash and Claudio Muller on drums and percussion, and special appearances by Phil Curcio and Matthew Fox on harmony vocals and percussion respectively.

We are so appreciative of our friends who come out and show their support. Long Island has a great ‘singer-songwriter scene’ and we are blessed to be a part of it.

In the case of Acoustic Leaders, reflection leads to gratitude! We’ve had a great summer. There have been some great gigs and  we’ve made a lot of new friends along the way. Long Island has a great singer-songwriter scene and we’re very lucky to be part of it.

While we were very sorry to see Sonoma Coffee Café in Hicksville close it’s doors and therefore lose our open mic venue, moving to Borders Books Farmingdale brought us to a larger, more inviting room. And the additional exposure to the folks browsing the shelves for books and magazine was great. As they say, ‘one door closes, another opens’.

Now, we have www.acousticleaders.com where we can share all things related to Acoustic Leaders. More to be grateful for!

And last but not least, we are well on our way to completing the first Acoustic Leaders cd!
